DConstructive is a Design-Build company providing fully integrated architectural design, engineering coordination, permitting, and construction services for residential and commercial projects throughout Miami-Dade County and South Florida. Established in 2018, we deliver a streamlined approach where design and construction are managed by one coordinated team, allowing projects to move efficiently from concept to completion.
Our focus is on practical, buildable design solutions that meet local zoning requirements and the Florida Building Code, while maintaining quality, efficiency, and cost control. By combining design expertise with construction knowledge, we help clients avoid delays, reduce risk, and achieve reliable results.
Our Story
DConstructive was founded in the Caribbean with a clear mission: to improve how architectural design and construction work together. From the beginning, we recognized that poor coordination between designers and builders often leads to delays, redesigns, and unnecessary costs. To address this, we developed a fully integrated Design-Build model that emphasizes clarity, efficiency, and accountability from the earliest design stages.
As we expanded into South Florida, we adapted this Design-Build approach to the Miami market, aligning it with local zoning regulations, permitting processes, and the Florida Building Code. By managing every phase — from concept and permitting to construction — under one team, we ensure that what is designed is exactly what gets built. Today, DConstructive delivers streamlined, cost-effective projects by combining thoughtful design with construction-driven decision-making.
